Performance characteristics:
The product has good flexibility and impact resistance. It is especially suitable for mountainous and stony areas. Its corrosion resistance is superior. Its service life is more than 20 years. It is resistant to corrosion of H2S and CO2. The phenomenon of pipeline perforation caused by corrosion is eliminated. The product is resistant to high pressure. The normal service pressure is up to 25 MPa, the bursting pressure is over 75 MPa, the joint is less, and the continuous length of coil supply is more than 1 km.

PRODUCT STRUCTURE:

Inner Layer: Extruded with nylon or other modified polymer material.

Intermediate Layer: Enhanced layer with aramid fiber, steel wire or other high-strength material by composite molding

Outer Layer: The factory traditional color is black, however, customer preference color can be provided with or without UV protection.

MAIN USES:

Transmission of industrial methanol and corrosion inhibitor of gas field.

DESIGN TEMPERATURE: -20℃ to + 90℃
